• Verification of the deposit placed on the property
• Contact information for all involved parties: realtors, builders, insurance agents, and attorneys
• Listing Sheet and legal description (if available); for condominiums, include declaration, by-laws, and recent budget

• Pay-stubs for the most recent 30-day period and year-to-date
• W-2 forms for the past two years
• Employment history for the last two years, including any explanations for gaps
• Work visa or green card (front and back copy)
• If self-employed or receiving additional income sources (commission, bonus, interest/dividends, or rental income):
  • Complete tax returns for the past two years, along with year-to-date Profit and Loss statement
  • K-1's for partnerships and S-Corporations
  • Federal Partnership (1065) and/or Corporate Income Tax Returns (1120), if applicable

• Alimony or Child Support:
  • Divorce decree/court order and proof of funds receipt for the last year

• Social Security income, Disability, or VA benefits:
  • Award letter from the agency or organization

• Sale of existing home: signed sales contract and listing agreement if unsold
• Bank statements for the last 3 months (savings, checking, or money market funds)
• Statement from broker or certificates for stocks and bonds
• Gift Affidavit and proof of funds receipt for gifted cash
• Additional documentation may be requested based on your application and credit report

• List of all current debts with account details and copies of the last three monthly statements
• Mortgage and/or landlord information for the last two years
• Marital settlement/court order for alimony or child support
